General Terms & Acceptance

Account Registration & Verification

One Account Policy
Each individual player is strictly permitted to hold only one registered account on the 687bat Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 687bat reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual found to be operating multiple accounts, to void all bets and winnings associated with those accounts, and to retain any deposited funds in accordance with its fraud prevention obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 687bat Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager settlements — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 687bat does not apply currency conversion charges on transactions made via supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

Deposits

Withdrawals

General Bonus Conditions

Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
The 687bat Platform provides access to casino games (including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games) and a sports betting sportsbook (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports). The rules governing individual games are determined by the respective game studios and are displayed within each game interface. The rules governing sports betting markets are set by 687bat and are displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
Casino Games
All casino games available on the 687bat Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the game studios that provide them, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to specific games are available within the individual game information panels. 687bat does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way beyond what is determined by the RNG of each game.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on suspended or void markets will be refunded to the player's account balance at the stake amount.
Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, the settlement rules applicable to each market type will be applied as stated in the individual market rules. For BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) cricket fixtures specifically, a match must reach the minimum number of overs required for an official result under the relevant competition rules for pre-match bets to be settled. In-play bets are settled on the outcome at the point of abandonment where an official result has been declared.
Bet Settlement
All bets are settled promptly upon the official confirmation of results from the relevant governing body or data provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement, the Player must raise the matter with 687bat support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the settlement. 687bat's decision following a settlement review is final and binding.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 687bat Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all associated bets and winnings, and the forfeiture of any balance held in the account at the time of closure.
- Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or using more than one 687bat account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
- Identity fraud: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information at registration or during any verification process.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing or using the Platform.
- Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any other software to interact with the Platform on your behalf, whether for placing bets, completing wagering requirements, or any other purpose.

Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
687bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or at the request of the account holder themselves.
Voluntary Closure
Players who wish to close their 687bat account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure of an account at the player's own request, any remaining balance in the account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including a desire to stop gambling — are encouraged to request a self-exclusion instead, which provides stronger protections. Involuntary Closure
Where 687bat closes an account due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, prohibited conduct, or collusion — any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part. 687bat will provide written notification to the registered email address of the account holder stating the reason for closure where permitted by its fraud prevention obligations to do so.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available through the 687bat responsible gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, 687bat will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, and the excluded player must not attempt to circumvent these restrictions by opening a new account. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 687bat, its officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered through it.
Without limiting the foregoing, 687bat expressly excludes liability for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from legitimate gambling activity on the Platform;
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, network outage, or force majeure events;
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;

- Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or loss of reputation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 687bat's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 687bat, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms
687bat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
